Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the monitor and shooting light, there may be colour differences between the actual product and the picture, which is normal and should not be considered a product defect, subject to the physical video.

We certainly hope that our customers are happy with the quality of our products, but in case you have a change of mind or received an incorrect or broken item, we would be happy to assist with a return. We have come up with this Return Policy document which could help understand your queries and concerns.

Change-of-mind returns

Before you place any order on our website, please check if the product is returnable or not.

You cannot cancel an order for non-returnable products. After receiving the goods, please do not ask for a return that you do not like it, not the same as imagined, etc. We will not accept refund requests quoting shipping times after shipping has begun, as we have no control over them since shipping and local delivery delays have become the norm. But our service team will always be response to you the shipping situation.

If the product you purchased is eligible for return and you cancel the order prior to delivery, the cancellation will be treated as a change-of-mind return. A refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If you change your mind and return an eligible product within 30 days of receiving your order, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping or delivery-related costs, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. To be eligible to claim change-of-mind returns, you should not open the original packaging. We only accept returns for the products that are packaged securely in the original packaging.

Please note that for change-of-mind return, the initial shipping charge is not returnable or discounted. You will also have to pay the shipping costs to return the item back to our warehouse. For products that you purchased with promotional shipping (discounted or free shipping) and returned because you change your mind, you will need to pay both actual shipping and return shipping costs. For some large products, we may charge a restocking fee, see the product page “DETAILS”.

Soundproof Booth change-of-mind return will generate restocking fee. For soundproof booths whose price is less than $10,000, the restocking fee is $450. For soundproof booths whose price is equal to or more than $10,000, the restocking fee is $550.

The following products cannot be returned due to a change of mind. The following category of products come under the non-returnable list and cannot be returned due to change of mind.

  • Personalized items and gift cards
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" or "made to order" on the product detail page
  • Bedding related products (including, but not limited to: Mattress pads, pillows, sheets, care kits, bed frames) and sofa covers
  • All forms of clearance stock (example: warehouse, floor stock etc.)
  • Orders for non-domestic or commercial use
  • Products assembled on delivery or installed either by us or our vendors

If you want to return a product, visit our Help Centre and send us a return enquiry. Our customer service team will guide you how to return.

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt of the item at our warehouse, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Received a defective/broken/incorrect product – What to do next?

You bought something broken or defective or something with a major design flaw – we totally understand your frustration, and all we expect you to do is to contact us at Miss City Style Support as soon as possible and provide proofs of the defective items you received. You will need to take pictures or videos of the damage and contact us immediately-within 48 hours after the delivery-to be fully covered by MCS. Between 3-7 days, we may not be able to investigate the case due to third-party suppliers’ and/or insurance policies. If it exceeds 7 days, MCS will no longer accept any claims.

Our customer support team will work with you to bring a solution that satisfies both parties. We may suggest a self-repair with an offer of compensation to you or may ask you to return the product. In such circumstances where you need to return the product, you are expected to include all the accessories, like cables, chargers, batteries, in the returned parcel. If any accessory or component is missing, you’re liable for charges associated with it.

We will assist you further on what needs to be done to claim returns and to which address you need to return the product.

The customer support team will examine your return claims and make a final confirmation if the product has the problems mentioned by you. The team also reserves the right not to process your return claim if your request is not approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.

Once your return request gets approved, our customer support team will offer you the return address to where the product needs to be delivered.

Contact our customer service team for more information, queries and concerns regarding your return of defective/broken/incorrect products.

Please note that we will not be responsible if you return any defective item without prior notification. We do not accept return or replacement requests for damaged items more than 7 days after the delivery date. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If you notice the package is open or broken, you can refuse to accept the package because it can impact your return request.
  • Place a note containing information of your order number, product ID, name and quantity, and a short description of the issues you encountered with the product.

Our rights

We reserve the right to not accept a return in situations where we are not satisfied that you purchased the product from us, and we will not be liable for your damage for such cases in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
