These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between you and Miss City Style, and it applies to all orders, purchases, and delivery of products through our website. This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use our website. Your use of Miss City Style constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
Before using this website, you are expected to read all terms of use and disclaimers thoroughly. You should not use this site if you do not agree to any of the terms mentioned in the website.
We also want you to confirm that:

- You have the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with Miss City Style
- You will use our website in accordance with all terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement
- Minors under 18 of at least 13 years of age are only permitted to use our services through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian
Modification of these terms of use
Without our written consent, you cannot change these terms. Miss City Style reserves the right to revise these terms, conditions, and notices at any point of time. The newly updated terms will be published on our website, and you should visit this page regularly and review them because they are binding on you. Orders that are already placed will not be impacted by the new terms and conditions.
We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to read these terms and contact us if you have any questions. We do not make any warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of this site's content or the content of any other external site.

Under NSW Fair Trading legislation, we are disclosing the following information:
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we have come up with consumer guarantees for products that cannot be excluded. However, we advise users to be clear that we, Miss City Style, limit our liability under these terms to the extent possible under the law. We will not be liable for any implied terms, guarantees, warranties, expenses, or injuries that are not in our control. Please be sure that we will not take any accountability for any loss, theft, or damage to the products after delivery.
Registration
Many parts of the Miss City Style website are available without registration or subscription, but we recommend our users to register on our website and open a user account for best use of the website. If you register with the website, you may be asked to establish a password that must be kept private and confidential to avoid any kind of fraud and unauthorised use.
Registration will help users gain access to the products and coupons offered by our website. When you register with the website, we will ask you for certain personal information that will be handled by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The account holder should take full responsibility for all usage of their accounts including minors. If the account holder becomes aware of any suspicious activity or unauthorised use in their account, it must be informed to your customer support immediately so that we can do our best to prevent any damage before it is too late. You agree that your registration details are accurate, complete, and up to date always. We may use the information you have provided to contact you.
You are not permitted to register on the website more than once. Miss City Style reserves the right to terminate or close the account at any time and it will be subject to investigation. Upon suspension, termination, or closure of your account, you will not be permitted to use any features or functionality of the website reserved for registered users. If you have any store credit or gift cards in your suspended accounts, you can write to our support team so that we can validate your claim and process the pending settlements.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of all your user IDs, passwords, and any other codes that you may use to access the Miss City Style website. You agree to take full responsibility for all activities that happen under your account or password. You are responsible for keeping your email address and mobile number up to date to receive any notices or alerts that we may send you.
We are not liable for any loss that you may sustain if your account's login credentials are compromised due to no fault of ours and/or your failure to follow or act on any notices or alerts that we may send you.
Your order
We reserve the right to accept or cancel your order for any reason at any time due to reasons such as limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product specification or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, or in your order itself. You will be notified regarding the same so that you can take informed decisions.
Once you place an order with us and the payment get processed, we will send you an order confirmation by email. This email is only a confirmation that we have received your order request and it does not guarantee that the product you ordered is available.
You will receive an email confirmation from us if the product is available and if it is ready to be dispatched. If we cancel your order, you will receive an email confirmation for the same and you will have the option to receive a full refund or a store credit.
Prices, payment, and GST
Prices shown in our website are in Australian dollars and it includes Goods and Services Tax (GST). You can pay us using you credit cards, PayPal, and other payment options as displayed on the website during the checkout process. Payments will be processed only in Australian dollars.
In the event of changes to specifications, quantities, designs, or delivery schedules, all prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, except that price for an order that have been accepted by Miss City Style. Prices stated are valid through the expiration date and is subject to change due to changes in the cost of material, supplies, labour, clerical error, and foreign or domestic legislation.
Terms and Conditions for Promotions
In these terms and conditions, 'we', ' us', and 'our' all mean Miss City Style Pty Ltd. Our promotions will be open to users who have registered with us. By entering a promotion, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, and Privacy Policy of our website. We reserve the right to unpublish and delete any promotion at any time.
Promotional Codes & Special Offers
All promotional offers are subject to General Terms and Conditions, Delivery and Returns. Promotional codes and special offers come with an expiry date, minimum number of orders in quantities or values, and maximum discounts. The start and end times of promotions published on the website are as per the local time for Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Promotions and special offers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemable for cash. You cannot use them to purchase gift cards or redeem against a prior purchase. Only one promotional code or special offer can be applied per transaction. If more than one special offer is applicable to you, then the lower amount will be applied.
To make use of promotional offers, you must meet the minimum order value in a single checkout transaction. You can redeem promotional codes and special offers multiple times during the promotional period unless otherwise it is stated particularly.
All promotional offers may be withdrawn or extended at any time during the promotional period at the sole discretion of Miss City Style. We reserve the right to verify the validity of any order and may at its sole discretion cancel orders or refuse to fulfil orders where the promotional offer has been claimed by non-eligible customers.
We provide special offers and promotions to all users of our website given the user has met all the requirements to avail the offer. When you checkout, your discounts will be automatically applied to your cart.
Refer-a-Friend
Share our website with your friends and family and get rewarded for all successful referrals. Generate a unique referral link for each friend you refer, and those referrer links can be sent via email or posted to social media accounts.
The friends you invite must be new to Miss City Style and shouldn’t have placed any order on our website before your referral. Once they register on our website and place their first order, you will receive your rewards. If the referred friend cancels their first order, Miss City Style will cancel any rewards given to the referring account holder for the Refer-a-Friend program. Miss City Style has the right to audit, verify and refuse orders if we believe a referral is made under fraudulent methods.
Free and Discount Shipping
For some locations, free or discount shipping may be offered for specified products. If you have subscriptions set up on your account, then you may enjoy free shipping until the subscription ends.

Payment security
Throughout our payment process, we use industry standard encryption to protect your personal information. Your credit card details, and bank information will not be stored, and we will not be responsible for any damages or losses caused by any fraudulent activities committed by someone else, unless or until such loss or damage is caused by our carelessness or wilful misconduct.
As part of efforts to stop fraudulent use of credit cards or other payment options, we reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of the order and your payment method using our fraud detection procedures. We may request your proof of identity and a formal validation check on the credit card and account. However, we do not guarantee that we can prevent all fraudulent activities. All orders that go through the formal check will be placed on hold until we confirm the transaction is legitimate. If not legitimate, your order will be cancelled.
Delivery
We deliver only to ground floors, and we will not travel past the front door of ground floor. If the delivery is to a multi-story building, please make necessary plans to receive the items. Note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers because they are too small to accept most of our products and we also require a signature when we deliver most of our products. However, we provide alternate delivery service for high value items, but this service is available only for some locations which you can confirm with the customer care. This comes with additional fees and charges.
If you miss the delivery, our delivery provider will leave a note at your address. You can get in touch with the delivery provider to arrange a re-delivery or else you can pick up the item from an Australia Post outlet. We also reserve the right not to deliver items to certain locations if we think we will have high risk of loss or damage. For example: Areas without standard courier and delivery services. In such circumstances, you have the option to choose the items delivered using your own couriers at your own risk. You will be fully responsible if there is any loss or damage to the order caused by the delivery. Some of our products will be delivered only to metropolitan areas and this information will be seen along with the product listing on our website.
Delivery Fees
For each order, the delivery fees will be displayed during the checkout process, preceeding to payment and order confirmation and it will also be included in the total price of your order. Delivery fees and times vary for products and are determined based on the size and weight of your order, the quantity and type of items in the cart, and its destination.
If you make any change to the delivery address or delivery time after placing an order, it may incur extra charges. If we cancel your order in any unavoidable circumstances, we will issue a full refund to you.
Delivery time
All products listed in our website includes the estimated dispatching time frame. We work hard to process all orders as soon as possible, and we will update you if we can deliver early or if we anticipate delays. Only for reasons outside our control, we expect delays.
Risk and Title
Risk and title apply to you on the date and time of delivery of the product.
Delivery methods & locations
We have partnerships with third party delivery vendors across Australia to deliver our products to our customers. We will deliver your order to your preferred address which you provide during the checkout process. If you want to change your address after the order is dispatched, you will have to contact our Customer Care team, and this process may cost an amendment fee of AUD50-80 depends on the address location and situations.
Delivery Failure
Before placing the order, be sure that all your information is correct, especially your delivery address. You will be liable for the additional shipping charges if you provide incorrect address and if you want the order to be shipped to your correct address. We reserve the right to cancel your order if our delivery provider could not deliver your order due to your error or fault even after 3 weeks or 2 attempts whichever is sooner. In such circumstances, the money you paid for the order will be refunded minus the delivery fees and associated costs that reflect our loss.
Our Products
We aim to make sure that products described on our website are accurate and up to date, but there are possibilities that our website will contain typos, errors, and inaccuracies. If our products are slightly different from the picture showed on the website, we reserve the right to correct at any time.
Some of the products listed on our website could be handmade or made from natural or organic materials. There could be possibilities of small differences between the product image(s) and the product you receive. Wherever this is applicable, it will be stated on the product’s listing on our website. Please be informed that those colors may look a tad differently on different displays and screens. The shade of color from screen to screen will not be considered as a fault or error.
We reserve the right to delist any of our products and/or remove or edit any materials or content on our website at any time. Any such changes will be effective from the time we publish them on our website. If a product you purchase from us does not match the description on the website, please return it to us in unused condition or call the customer care.
Return Policy
We certainly hope that our customers are happy with the quality of our products, but in case you have a change of mind or received an incorrect or broken item, we would be happy to assist with a return. We have come up with this Return Policy document which could help understand your queries and concerns.
Change-of-mind returns
Before you place any order on our website, please check if the product is returnable or not. If you change your mind to return a returnable product within 30 days from the date you receive your order, you’re entitled to claim a store credit, minus any shipping or delivery-related costs, if the product is new and clean. To be eligible to claim change-of-mind returns, you should not open the original packaging. We only accept returns for the products that are packaged securely in the original packaging.
Please note that for change-of-mind return, the initial shipping charge is not returnable or discounted. You will also have to pay the shipping costs to return the item back to our warehouse. For products that you purchased with promotional shipping (discounted or free shipping) and returned because you change your mind, you will need to pay both actual shipping and return shipping costs.
The following products cannot be returned due to a change of mind. The following category of products come under the non-returnable list and cannot be returned due to change of mind.
- Personalised items and gift cards
- Products marked as "non-returnable" or "made to order" on the product detail page
- Bedding related products (including, but not limited to: Mattress pads, pillows, sheets, care kits, bed frames) and sofa covers
- All forms of clearance stock (example: warehouse, floor stock etc.)
- Orders for non-domestic or commercial use
- Products assembled on delivery or installed either by us or our vendors
If you want to return a product, sign in to Miss City style website and go to 'My Account' page. Select Get Help and then click Order history. Then select the product you would like to return and click 'Return'. Once the return request is raised, print the return label and tape it securely on your return package. You can also visit our Help Centre if you need more clarifications.
Once you start the return process, please ensure that you’re doing the following carefully so that we can validate your claim successfully.
- To process your “change of mind” return request, keep the product unpacked.
- Send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt to process your returns, or else we will have to wait unless or until the product arrives in our warehouse.
Returns will be processed to your Miss City Style wallet in 7 to 10 business days once we receive the item unused, undamaged and in original package into our warehouse. Store voucher credits will be valid only for 365 days from the date of issue. If you had opted for Purchase Protection on your order, you would have additional options (see the Purchase Protection Policy section for more information).
Store credit cannot be processed to third-party accounts. It can only be returned to the original account that placed the order.
Received a defective/broken/incorrect product – What to do next?
You bought something broken or defective or something with a major design flaw – we totally understand your frustration, and all we expect you to do is to contact us at Miss City Style Support and provide proofs of the defective items you received. You will need to take pictures or videos of the damage and contact us immediately, not exceeding 10 days.
Our customer support team will work with you to bring a solution that satisfies both parties. We may suggest a self-repair with an offer of compensation to you or may ask you to return the product. In such circumstances where you need to return the product, you are expected to include all the accessories, like cables, chargers, batteries, in the returned parcel. If any accessory or component is missing, you’re liable for charges associated with it.
We will assist you further on what needs to be done to claim returns and to which address you need to return the product.
The customer support team will examine your return claims and make a final confirmation if the product has the problems mentioned by you. The team also reserves the right not to process your return claim if your request is not approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.
Once your return request gets approved, our customer support team will offer you the return address to where the product needs to be delivered.

Please note that we will not be responsible if you return any defective item without prior notification. We will not accept return requests or a replacement of damaged items after 10 days from the delivery date.
- If you notice the package is open or broken, you can refuse to accept the package because it can impact your return request.
- Place a note containing information of your order number, product ID, name and quantity, and a short description of the issues you encountered with the product.
Our rights
We reserve the right to not accept a return in situations where we are not satisfied that you purchased the product from us, and we will not be liable for your damage for such cases in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Purchase Protection Policy
We offer Purchase Protection for most of the products in our website. For your complete piece of mind, you can choose to pay a minimal fee during checkout to be entitled to the benefits explained in this policy. Please note that the cost of Purchase Protection plan is non-returnable, and this policy does not apply to non-returnable products, and for customers outside Australia.
Moneyback guarantee for change of mind
Normally, when you return a product because you have a change of mind, we would offer you a store credit in your Miss City Style wallet. If suppose you've paid for Purchase Protection during checkout, you will have the option to claim returns, minus shipping-related costs, to your original payment method.
Return claims are subject to terms and conditions (see the Return Policy section for more information). Please also note that only products that come with a ‘returnable’ tag has the option to be returned and purchase protection policy applies only to those products which are eligible to return.
Extended return claims
If you have a Purchase Protection plan, you can extend your return claim for up to 60 days from the date you received the order, subject to terms and conditions. If the return claim is approved, you can claim a full or partial return, minus shipping-related costs. If you do not have a Purchase Protection plan, you will have to return the product in 30 days (from the date you received the order), which is also subject to terms and conditions.
Re-orders and replacements
If you have a change of mind over the product’s size or color or any other reason, you can re-order for a replacement and return the original product. If the team approves your need for a replacement product, you will have the option to accept the backorder or cancel to claim returns, minus any shipping-related costs. If you want the product, a backorder order will be placed by default by us even before we receive your initial product back to our warehouse.
Miss City Style reserves the right to reject claims under our Purchase Protection policy in situations where we are sure that your claim is invalid, including where the terms and conditions applicable to returns are not met.
Wrong product delivered
In case you receive an incorrect product from us, please contact us as soon as you can within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a pickup for the return of the incorrect product. We will either refund the money or take full responsibility to send you the right product with no extra costs.
Faults and damages
As soon as you find the product damaged, broken, or defective, please do not accept the delivery. Take photos and videos of the product and contact us immediately. If you notice that the product has some missing parts, faulty or defective or damaged during manufacturing, we want you to take photos or videos that clearly demonstrates the problem and contact us as soon as possible. You should contact us ideally within 3 days after receiving the delivery.
We would pay the return shipping costs to you and work along with you to find a solution that meets your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. However, you will not be entitled to a remedy for:
- Regular wear and tear
- Damage to external or product packaging only
- Minor differences in product dimensions, color, grain or finish
- Insignificant minor imperfections or superficial blemishes
- Damage because of your own handling or abnormal use after delivery
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Limitation of Liability
All Miss City Style products will have guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We will strictly follow the warranties and guarantees contained in this agreement.
If you see any major failure or predictable loss or damage caused by our products, we will give you a refund or replacement. If suppose the quality of products is not satisfactory and the failure does not amount to a major failure, we will get them repaired for no additional costs. We exclude, to the fullest extent possible under law, all implied terms, guarantees and warranties whether statutory or otherwise, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
Miss City Style and its partners will not take any responsibility for your claims for indirect losses such as loss of revenue, net income, savings, business opportunities, reputation damage or lost time in contract, contractual, tortuous, statutory, or otherwise. Under no circumstances, we will pay for any damages more than the amount you paid for the product.
In any event where the Australian Consumer Law (or analogous legislation) applies to this Agreement and permits the limitation of liability for breach of warranty implied by legislation, Miss City Style’s liability is limited, at the option of Miss City Style, to:
- replace the products or the supply of equivalent goods
- repair the products
- pay the cost of replaced or repaired goods or of acquiring equivalent goods
- supplying the services again
- pay the cost of having the services supplied again
Any term in this agreement which limits or excludes any term, condition, or warranty, express or implied, or the liability of Miss City Style will apply to the extent permitted by law, and it will not be taken as excluding, qualifying or limiting the user’s statutory rights or remedies arising by virtue of the breach of any implied term of this agreement where such exclusion, qualification or limitation would be prohibited by legislation. Use of the Site Outside Australia
The contents of the site may not be appropriate and available for use in countries outside Australia. If you choose to access the outside from outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with foreign and local laws.
Miscellaneous
This agreement is the whole contract between the parties with respect to the subject matter. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder is a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The titles used here are only for convenience and shall be of no legal force or effect. If any provision in this agreement is held unacceptable by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall not affect the enforcement of other provisions in this agreement and they shall continue to be effective. If either party fails to exercise its rights under this agreement, then it shall not be considered a waiver or forfeiture of such rights, or any other rights provided hereunder.
Cancellations
Before you pay, you can cancel an order. You cannot cancel an order once the payment is done. Cancellations or changes after payment are subject to terms and conditions and will be approved only if we agree to it. Products with 'made to order' description cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Warranty Policy
We offer a manufacturer’s warranty on most of the products selling on our website. We compensate for damages, losses, and faulty services in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If you need to claim a warranty, please contact us at Miss City Style Support and we’ll guide you through the process.
Warranties apply only to products that are purchased from our website and the description should clearly state that a warranty applies to that product. We reserve the right to decide whether the warranty’s claim is valid, whether you will receive a refund or a partial refund, or whether we will replace any parts that we consider to be defective.
We strongly recommend that you keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual, and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product. To the extent accepted by law, you will be liable for the reasonable costs and expenses linked with making a claim under this warranty including returning or transporting the faulty product to us.
You will not be entitled to claim warranty for:
- Faults or damage caused by use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories or products which are not approved by Miss City Style
- Damage caused by your own handling, transportation of goods or storage in overheated areas
- Products that have the serial number, identification label or safety label removed, defaced, or modified
- Electrical damage caused by power supplies, overcharging, or any other sources of power not recommended by us
- Physical damage caused by misuse, accident or neglect, abuse, malicious destruction, or acts of nature.
- Any physical damage caused due to improper testing or repair work carried out by the user or any unauthorized repair center
- Damage caused by operation, maintenance, installation, service, or alterations not advised/approved by us
- Normal wear, tear and marks caused by daily usage
- External damage caused to product packaging
- Minor differences in product measurements, features, color, texture, or finish
- Minor flaws, discolorations, or imperfections
You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major malfunction and a compensation for any other reasonably anticipated loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of adequate quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We will work with you to find a solution that meets your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and/or the product warranty.
The customer service team shall reserve to right to final decision for all potential warranty claims for service and replacement or same color preference. To make a warranty claim, please log a claim with proof of purchase so that we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Gift Cards
You have the option to buy digital gift cards from Miss City Style website. When you purchase such cards, your gift card will be emailed to the recipient's email address as instructed/provided by you. The email will contain all the instructions required to redeem the gift card, and to redeem those cards, the recipient should create an account in Miss City Style, and then the gift card amount will appear in 'My Account' section of the recipient's profile.
Once the recipient redeems the gift cards, it can be used only to make purchases on our website. If their purchase amount is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the remaining balance can be used future use and it can be seen in the ‘My Account’ page. If a purchase amount is higher than the amount of the Gift Card, till the gift card can be used but the additional payment needs to be done using another payment method. Gift Cards and store credits cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. If any cancellation or return is claimed on an order made using the Gift Card, the approved refund will be returned to your gift card only.
Please note that in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, gift cards expire in 3 years after the date of issue and cannot be used passing the expiry date. Gift cards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or returned. The user should take full responsibility of their gift cards. If the gift cards get stolen or lost, it cannot be refunded or replaced.
Coupons
Discount coupons may be issued to some users depending on their use of Miss City Style website from time to time. The user can redeem the coupons to reap benefits when they place an order in our website. A discount coupon will be valid only for 12 months from the date of issue and it can be redeemed only once. In situations where the user cancels an order in which he redeemed a discount coupon, we cannot refund the value of the coupon.
Accessing our website
Miss City Style may restrict access to the company website or close it indefinitely for any reason. The company will not be liable if the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Intellectual property
Miss City Style will be sole owner of all the data published on our website. We own the website’s overall look, shape and feel, brand names, logos, symbols, descriptions, visuals, pictures, content, sketches, sounds, video, audio, text, layout, button icons and the overall compilation of the website. These efforts are safeguarded by intellectual property laws in Australia and across the world. All these rights are reserved by us.
You are not allowed to modify/edit the paper or digital copies of any material published in our website, by printing, downloading or extracted in any way. You must not use any content which differs from the original content on our website.
You are not allowed to use any part of the materials on our website, services, or e-commerce facilities for any personal or business-related purposes without a license to do so from us. If you print, copy, or download any part of our website breaching our Terms and conditions, your right to use our website will be ended immediately.
